Includes two cleanings, dental exams, fluoride treatments, all necessary X-rays, oral cancer exams, and 15% off additional services (10% off with Care Credit).
Adult Membership:
$37 / month or $405 / annual

Includes two cleanings, dental exams, oral cancer and periodontal disease exams, all necessary X-rays, and 15% off additional services (10% off with Care Credit).
Periodontal Membership:
$57 / month or $650 / annual
