Child Membership:
$33 / month or $375 / annual

Includes two cleanings, dental exams, fluoride treatments, all necessary X-rays, oral cancer exams, and 20% off additional services (10% off with Care Credit).
Adult Membership:
$37 / month or $405 / annual

Includes two cleanings, dental exams, oral cancer and periodontal disease exams, all necessary X-rays, and 20% off additional services (10% off with Care Credit).
Periodontal Membership:
$57 / month or $650 / annual

Includes four cleanings, dental exams, oral cancer and periodontal disease exams, all necessary X-rays, and 20% off additional services (10% off with Care Credit).
